I'm on this weird roller coaster.  Up/down/up/down.  So I ended the week the same.  No gain, no loss.

I was kind of cheating by extending the run before I weighed in, so take this as you will.  I'm down 2 from two weeks ago, the last time I posted:

01/21/2010 - 208
02/04/2010 - 206(-2)

But I can't just keep adding miles to my run to make up for my less than optimal eating or I'll be running all day long, so I'd better do a better job of,  "More greens less legumes," next week.   My plan was to increase the run time to lose a bit more through respiration and when I got to Lombard and Hyde wearing a shirt that seemed to have soaked up Lake Michigan, I knew it was going to work.  I'm trying to get a better explanation in a journal entry today, but that will have to do for this post.

Hope everybody gets as good news as I got whether or not they deserve it.

I am the same this week and I am totally OK with it....I was up 4 pounds yesterday because of the meds..it has to be that because I have been faithful to my eating plan.

Today I am the same as last week only because the meds made me sick.. :laugh:

Big hugs to all and congratulations to those who lost.  I will  just keep plugging away at this and eventually it will all come together.   ;D

Hi, all. I'm going to jump in with my weight stats each week.
 
I lost 4.2 lbs last week cause I had the stomach flu. This week I lost .6. TOTAL: 4.8. I'll set up my ticker this week.

Hello.  This has been my worst week since i started MWL in June.  I gained five pounds.  Combating a four day migraine and trying to at least get the minimal work done each day, i knew no other way to manage but to eat eat eat... mostly crackers, but also some chocolate.  Mac says i probably will loose it quickly if i stop eating so much.  We'll see.

May we all exceed our losses next week!
