I was kind of cheating by extending the run before I weighed in, so take this as you will. I'm down 2 from two weeks ago, the last time I posted:

But I can't just keep adding miles to my run to make up for my less than optimal eating or I'll be running all day long, so I'd better do a better job of, "More greens less legumes," next week. My plan was to increase the run time to lose a bit more through respiration and when I got to Lombard and Hyde wearing a shirt that seemed to have soaked up Lake Michigan, I knew it was going to work. I'm trying to get a better explanation in a journal entry today, but that will have to do for this post.
Hope everybody gets as good news as I got whether or not they deserve it.
