About Administrator:I am a follower of the McDougall Maximum Weight Loss diet plan. I lost over 150 pounds between September 2008 and September 2009 by strict adherence to the plan and I continue to lose weight each week. I participated heavily on the official McDougall discussion forum that is attached to Dr. McDougall’s website during my first year on the program.
I was interested in utilizing some additional features not currently available on the official McDougall discussion forum such as spell check and the ability to post YouTube videos. After researching this topic I eventually decided to start a new discussion forum. I will continue to visit the many friends I’ve made on the official McDougall forum and I am very grateful for all of the wonderful support I received there. This is just another room at the party.
